At Okoa Skincare, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
